For as long as Kings and Queens have been around, there has been a onus for the population to support the rule.
In business, this has distilled into people creating businesses that are supported by the community, where we purchase objects or servies, most of which are never truly a need, but more of a want and those purchases go to satisfying the lifestyle of the business owner, then trickling down to the employees by way of hourly wages. I wonder where this concept is been used before? Trickle down economics anyone?
This helped a lot of people hoard money out of a fear of future opportunity, this helped many become rich beyond messure, but today, we live in a transparent world, where the many no longer benefit from the few.
In this light, we want to flip the script on this "business model", where we believe that rather than a community supporting a business, a business should support the community. Some of you might say, oh, isnt that a non-profit? Regretfully no, "non-profit" only means, that profit cannot be made, so all money must be spent on the business, or re-invested.
What I refer to is a fundaental re-imagining of how we interact with the community and a future opportunity to close the loop on some very touchy topcis that I will be diving into very soon. I speak of education, I speak of charity, I speak of the working class, that for far to long has lost its power because of a missing, underlying focus that could truly span from the inside out and ensure that every business that so chooses is positively impacting and meeting the needs of its local community.
That each business that employs, every employee, is understood to be the most important component of that business, and that their dreams and aspirations are a part of the pathway of their growth out of their employers arms. That we expect people to grow and those that do not wish to grow, can simply move onto other areas of the community and allow for a true employee centric, forward facing and impactful workplace for everyone.
If you ever had a dream, if you ever wanted to go somewhere, that is your soul challenging you from deep to adventure and adventure we will, so stay tuned as we take action and do be creating the impossible and making it regular.
